I had a small issue with my stock after using it for a while, and I wasn’t totally sure if it would even be covered. I figured it was worth asking, so I sent McMillan a message and they got back to me quicker than I expected.
They just asked for a few pictures and some basic info, which seemed fair enough to me. Once they took a look at everything, they handled the warranty without making it feel like I had to argue my case, which I really appreciated.
The whole process was smoother than I thought it would be. Shipping took a little patience, but that’s kind of normal, right? Overall, the support team was friendly, fair, and did what they said they would...

The stock feels really solid and the balance is good overall. It’s a little heavier than I expected, but I’m guessing that might be on purpose to make it feel sturdier and more controlled.

I got my order sooner than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking updated well too. I just wish it had shipped out the same day, but overall, not bad at all.

Right away, my first impression of the McMillan stock was that the rifle felt a lot more planted. I got it mainly to help with recoil, and it definitely made a noticeable difference. The rifle doesn’t jump around as much and just feels steadier overall. It did take a little bit of time to get the fit dialed in, so it wasn’t totally plug-and-play for me, but once it was set up, I was happy with it. Not perfect, but a solid upgrade.

I was expecting it to be a little more polished overall, but it’s still decent quality. It feels sturdy and like it should hold up well, though I did notice a few rough spots in the finish. Not a dealbreaker, just not quite as smooth as I had hoped

The stock fit well right out of the box, and the inletting was nice and clean. I did have to sand one small spot near the action, but that may be on my setup more than the stock itself. Overall, I’m happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to use one again.

I ordered from McMillan and the tracking was really straightforward the whole way. It updated whenever the package moved, so I had a good idea of when it would arrive. Nothing confusing or any weird delays. The box showed up on the day it said it would and everything looked fine. Even if it had been a little off, I wouldn’t have minded much, but it ended up being a smooth order overall. I’d use them again

The product itself seems fine, so no complaints there. But the lead time was a different story. I was given one estimate, planned around it, and then it ended up taking quite a bit longer than expected. The frustrating part was that I didn’t really get updates unless I reached out first. I totally get that delays happen, but it would’ve been a lot less annoying if they had just been upfront along the way.

I ordered a stock in molded camo and wasn’t totally sure how the color would look in person, but it showed up looking almost exactly like the pictures. The finish was nice and even too, no odd shiny patches or anything like that... really happy with how it turned out

It took a bit longer than I expected to get a reply, so I was waiting around for a while. They did eventually answer though, so it worked out in the end.

My order from McMillan showed up packed well overall. The outside box was a little scuffed up from shipping, so at first I was kind of confused and wasn’t sure what I was about to find inside.
Luckily, the item itself was totally fine, nothing cracked, loose, or damaged. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think the outer box could’ve been a bit sturdier, but it got here safely, so I’m happy enough

Got a stock from McMillan for a project I’ve been messing with, and the fit was better than I figured it would be. It dropped in clean without me having to fight it, and the finish looks good too, not overly glossy or rough. The edges feel nice and nothing about it seemed rushed. I still went over everything a bit because that’s just what I do, especially after the last one I dealt with, but overall I’m really happy with it...

They weren’t terrible at first, but after about a week the fabric started getting rough and kind of cheap-feeling. Not the worst sheets ever, just not something I’d be excited to buy again

I’ve ordered from mcmillanusa.com twice now. The first one was really clean and looked great. The second one, though, had a few rough edges and the finish wasn’t quite as even. It’s still solid and totally usable, so I’m not saying it’s bad. I just wish the craftsmanship was a bit more consistent, especially for the price

I’ve had my McMillan stock for a few years now, it’s been one of those purchases that feels better the longer you own it. The fit was good right out of the box, and after a bunch of range days plus a couple rough trips, nothing has loosened up or gotten weird. Reading between the lines, you can tell they’re not rushing these out just to move product. The wait when I ordered wasn’t short, but it was communicated clearly enough, so I knew what I was getting into. I’d order from mcmillanusa.com again.

I mostly know mcmillanusa.com from their reputation and what other people have said, they seem like a solid company. They appear to take their work seriously, which is always nice to see when that’s apparently not a given everywhere. The website was easy enough to browse too, with no weird pop-ups or confusing nonsense, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Everything went smoothly with my order, and it showed up right when I expected it to. The site was simple enough to use, and nothing gave me any reason to worry. Just had a good gut feeling about it from the start, and it turned out fine. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was trying to order a couple of things from mcmillanusa.com, but almost everything I clicked on seemed to be out of stock or just not available. At first I thought maybe I was being picky or looking at the wrong items, but after a while it got frustrating.

The site itself was fine to browse, so maybe I just had bad timing, but I checked back later and ran into the same problem. I finally gave up and bought what I needed somewhere else.

I’ve been rough on it so far, and compared to others I’ve used, this one is still holding up great. No cracks, no weird issues, nothing to complain about yet
